5.0.0-beta75-rc4 out for beta?

Hello saw some non alpha testers with 5.0.0-beta75-rc4 wanted to ask, is it out for beta?

It’s not the latest alpha version. The wrong version was apparently pushed to the regular download server. We were told this would not be fixed/changed.
The latest alpha version is rc12 though. A lot has changed since this early version.
