Ability to spam chat with Gifs

Hi.

It’s possible to spam gifs in the chat with no effort and I could see this becoming a problem in the future.
All you have to do it click the gif as many times as you want and just press send, it will then spam the gifs 1 by 1 rapidly.

Maybe change so you can only post 1 gif/message so it’s not so easy to spam?

Moreover, if someone spams all the GIFs, you can’t delete them all at once, just each one on its own.
