Account Query Problems with Change my E-Mail

Good evening, I have requested an email change. A short time later I received an email with a link where I can enter my new email. First I had to log in, then a box appeared in which I had to enter my password again and click on Submit, I did this but then I am not forwarded. Maybe you can help me :slight_smile:

The best way would be to create a support ticket with the request type “Account Query” at the TeamSpeak Support.
