Is anybody know how to add own server to this list?

This is currently not possible as the new Server List requires a TS5 Server & License.
The TS5 Server could already be set up but has been sort of scraped and is no longer up to date. Even if you still need the new License which is not for sale yet.
As of early 2025 you can add TeamSpeak Communities to the Discovery.
Self hosted servers can not be added to the Discovery as of now.
