Add "teamspeak-client-uid" header to TeamSpeak5

Hey there,

In TeamSpeak3 there is a header being sent that helps identify users viewing the TeamSpeak-Banner. That would also be very nice to have in TeamSpeak5. Should be easy to add and helps servers that are relying on it :slight_smile:
