After reconnecting, the Owner group get revoked from myself

My problem is that when I put the privilege key, I get the owner role, but when I disconnect and then reconnect, I lose the owner role. I don’t lose any other role I have. For example, I don’t lose the server admin role, only the owner role. In SETTINGS, I don’t have any other identities.

pls help me!!!

Make sure b_group_is_permanent is set to true for the owner role.

Now I put the new key in and it doesn’t do anything, it doesn’t give me the owner like before.

Okay, I put the key in, I’m the owner, I went to permissions to turn b_group_is_permanent on and it won’t let me. Honestly, is there any solution? I left Discord to come to Teamspeak like before and I see it’s very difficult.

It is hard to tell without any more knowledge. TeamSpeaks permission system is really powerful but also very complex. Is this a server you hosting yourself or is it rented somewhere? Did you create the owner server group yourself, did someone else do it, or was it created by your hoster? Is there even a reason for you to have the owner role when you already have server admin? Do you get an error when you try to set b_group_is_permanent of the owner group?

I created the group a few days ago. I joined and it gave me a free trial for 7 days. When I enter the privilege key, I pass the owner role, then when I go to the permissions to set b_group_is_permanent it doesn’t let me. When I log out of the server, I lose the owner role every time. I don’t lose the server admin role when I log out of the server.

So this is a hosted community from TeamSpeak directly, correct? They have some pretty weird permissions configured there. Unfortunately I only know my way around the default permissions of “normal” servers, not the ■■■■■■■■■■■ version they are running for their communities. Hopefully, @LeonMarcelHD can help you with this.

Sorry for the late response.

However, when this happens, the only viable solution we have found is to suspend the current community and create a new one.

At some point something wen’t wrong that causes this issue.
