On a scale of 1-5 (1 being low and 5 being the best), how would you score your technical knowledge on TS?
Around a 3 i think, i have a grasp on how the permission system works but the last time i was a server admin was around 7 years ago, so i’m a bit rusty.
Optional question - If you could add something that doesn’t exist on TS currently, what would it be and why?
Definitely channels with videocalling capabilities, it’s something that forced me to use other platforms in the past and I’d love to only use teamspeak.
Also bots that can be hosted within the same instance of the server, it would be great for those who rent server space and don’t host on their own.
Overall, how long have you used TeamSpeak for?
I’ve been using TeamSpeak 3 since 2014.
What OS/OS’s are you currently using?
Actually i’m using Win 10 64bit with the latest build
Are you currently a server owner, an active user (but don’t run your own server), inactive, or a mixture of the prior?
I’m owner of a TeamSpeak Server hosted by Voicehosting since 2014.
On a scale of 1-5 (1 being low and 5 being the best), how would you score your technical knowledge on TS?
I think 3.5.
Optional question - If you could add something that doesn’t exist on TS currently, what would it be and why?
The most request one at the moment, VideoCall, ScreenShare and a revisitation of the slot system.
Hi,
So i’m using TS since like 2k6 something like that.
I have my own server but not hosting it so in fact we can say it, it’s not mine ^^
I don’t have any knowledge about TS server since i haven’t hosted since TS2.
If i had to note my knowledge about the client i’ll put me a 4/5.
I’m currently running W10 (latest version of it).
About the things to add : like 99% of others , screensharing. Either bring back the global server chat or option to link a room to the server but i prefer the global chat and chat for each channels with the possibility to subscribe with notification system at the TS sauce.
Better file sharing system with thumbnails and preview system.

I am a TeamSpeak server owner and an active user.
4. On a scale of 1-5 (1 being low and 5 being the best), how would you score your technical knowledge on TS?
I would say that my knowledge is quite good, I installed and set up a server on my own and I know a lot about the features (many others sadly don’t know of and don’t use), so I would give myself something between 4 and 5.
5. Optional question - If you could add something that doesn’t exist on TS currently, what would it be and why?
I would definitly add an event calendar. TeamSpeak is often used for communities, and managing events is not that easy because no one looks at Steam groups or even an online forum.
But everyone is on my TeamSpeak server every day.
An event calendar would be very helpful, for smaller and bigger communities but also for people who don’t use TeamSpeak for gaming.
Have been using TS ( windows ) for past year . I don’t own a server but have been using my friend’s server . I’d rate 3/5 only because of the UI , overall the best one out in market still in 2021 takes very least amount of resources . I’d love to see an option to screen share . you can say i’m a rookie don’t have much experience but it’s just fun having friends over TS and spend hours chatting with them and playing games , But i feel if there is an option to screen share with audio it’d be so amazing

I’d like to have a full guide/explanation for the advanced permission system in the TS3/TS5 client or, at least, a link in the client to a website having that. Some things like the skip, the negate and the grant values, or which permission is stronger than another aren’t really explained and new users have to find out their functionalities by themself. Adding something like I mentioned before would make it easier for everyone (including all the people who keep asking me about the permissions ).
