Any way to sync contacts and messages/past dms from pc and mobile?

My question is quite self explanatory. Is there any way to sync the messages/dms and contacts from your pc to your iPad in real-time?

I have to manually add my contacts on iPad again and my dms don’t even sync even though I use the same my teamspeak account and same identities on both devices so I’m quite confused why I have to do this all again

Also, when I join a teamspeak channel on my iPad when my pc is already connected to, can I make it so my pc disconnects and my iPad becomes the main way to talk?

This is not part of sync.
Only Bookmarks, identities and Hotkeys (and Badge settings) are synced.

There is no feature to disconnect a client when another joins. You need to do it manually or use a server side tool/bot
