Yea. And I added a picture, but the picture is just to small or I dont know. It doesnt fill the whole banner.
Yeah, sadly banners are restricted in width.

This is how I exactly want it. Like the Community Banner. Just 1 Spacer/Banner for like a game then add 3 Voice Channels and then another Banner with a different game and again 3 Voice Channels etc.
This should be a standard feature to set this settings. So everyone can see this.

how can I hide the channel name and channel icon?
I’m using the latest TS6 server and client.
There is no direct setting to hide channel names and icons.
You could make your own custom css theme and try to hide it that way.
Edit: Or, as Julian mentioned below, just turn the channels into spacers. Then the displayed name and icon will disappear from the server tree.
Just name the channel
[*spacer1], [*spacer2], [*spacer3], etc
