Backing up users from each group individually?

As the topic states, I’m planning to revamp our clan server and I’m wondering whether or not I can backup the users from each group individually to files so I can re-create all groups and just dump the users back into the newly created groups.

Thanks for the response.

I’m not planning to wipe and re-install the entire server, moreso just to wipe all channels and groups.
