I didn’t save my backup key and It wont let me reset it if though i have tried many of times. Is there a way to fix that? Or is there a way to remove the encryption backup key thing without the backup key.
You need your backup key to decrypt everything.
Alternatively you could use Fallback option, but AFAIK, this results in losing your data (not sure and if I’m wrong, please correct me).
Also, just if you wanna ask, even TeamSpeak can’t help you with getting new key, as it’s impossible to do.
