For some reason my badges are not visible to other people. The only person who can see it is me.
When I log in with a new identity, I also can’t see the badges of the original one.
I already tried to deassign the badge and assign again, it doesn’t work.
Sync seems to be fine

But this doesn’t work as other people can’t see my badgee too. Also, I can see the badges I have, but other people can’t. Besides that, I can’t see other people’s badges.
Seems like the server is having problems to display badges. Try joining voice.teamspeak.com or community.voice.teamspeak.com and check if you can see there badges.
(I checked ts3index and the first server (ts.brasilplayshox.com.br) you are connected to is NOT a TeamSpeak server and therefore is not able to display badges. I could not check the second one as it refuses the connection for me)

You can but the server you were connected to is not a TeamSpeak server. If you are joining TeamSpeak servers you are able to display the badges but not on these servers, as they are not provided nor supported by TeamSpeak.
