Ban system AND or OR

Hello

I just want to understand how the fields are handled.
If I ban an IP and UID,in the same row, this is handled as a AND or OR?

Unfortunately seems that its handled as AND comparison.
So best way how to ban someone is to create 3 bans each for IP, UID and MyTS id (optionaly for name) - as its done if you right click an user and select Ban Client.
