You think your server was blacklisted for no reason or by false details then feel free to create a Piracy ticket.

Recently I put the ts3 server with friends, everything ok accepts the licenses and connects to the server and throws me with the message that the server is on the blacklist, please lift it.

Please get in touch with the Sales Support. Here on the Forum, we cant help you. To Create a Support Ticket Click here.

Thank you

Hello, I have installed a TeamSpeak server on my KVM vServer, but when I connect it says that the server is locked and the connection is refused.
Why is that and could it be unlocked?

With best regards,
Lucas E.

If you just got this vServer you probably inherited the IPv4 address of someone who was previously in violation of TeamSpeak’s terms of service which causes their server’s IP address to end up on a global blacklist.

Last time I checked, you were supported to create a support ticket to get this resolved:

Thank you.

I have created a support ticket.

I notice that, in rare cases, some servers join BlackList. Are there any requirements that, if not followed, can lead to a server joining the list?

Server is not a TeamSpeak server (or is modified) and pretends to be one with a valid license.
Or valid non commercial license is abused in a commercial way.

These are reasons most land on that blacklist.

Right. Thanks for the answer!

Hellopeak because we do

It’s like now anyone comes and reports the Administration’s teampeak TS and blacklist just like that they should do their job better that’s why everyone goes to DISCORD because they pay attention to anyone and it shouldn’t be like that

On the forum we can not assist you with contractual support. You will need to contact the TeamSpeak license / sales team at [email protected].
Keep in mind that most blacklisted servers are running non-genuine servers with that either mimic proper ones or are patched in a way to not need a license. Also if you have not bought a license with TeamSpeak directly you may also want to contact your hosting provider about this.

I never knew TeamSpeak would do something like this, someone came and attacked you without my fault and mistake and said my name so my server was closed. I bought 2 licenses through teamspeak, let’s think logically, why would I try to harm my own money or why would I try to harm the server I opened, someone comes and attacks you and gives my name and I am the guilty one, then everyone should go and attack you and give someone else’s name and the server is closed, how proper is this logic?

These things that happened are outside of me and the 4OFF team, I am saying this for the last time, we have nothing to do with these, please remove our TeamSpeak server from the blacklist.

what rule you think were broken that got you blacklisted ?

and what license did u have ?

Someone we don’t know goes and attacks teamspeak servers and after attacking, they named our server, TeamSpeak thinks we are harming them, I mean let’s think logically why would someone who bought a license and paid money harm their own money and I say it again, we didn’t do this, someone attacks and names us and that’s how we become guilty.

I have a license for 128 people and a license for 256 people.

No one in this forum can help you with blacklists, so you will need to contact [email protected].

It seems like you have already done that and received an answer to your inquiry.

Please refrain from creating more posts regarding this topic.

Thank you!
