Can someone tell me where it is possible to reduce the antiflood protection time limit? It seems after the latest update to 3.11 it has been changed to a larger amount of time. Normally it should prevent you from joining channels / sending messages for 1 or 2 minutes, now it is not possible to do anything for like 10 minutes.
The only settings I can change in the server settings are the points which are being build for the antiflood protection. But I cannot see any time-settings anywhere. Can you point me in the right direction?
