We are aware of this but haven’t found steps to reproduce this.
The image is only send once. Only you will see it twice.

I had a similar Situation in the local Server Chat. I had a big outgoing packet loss and the messages definetly got send multiple times when I pressed enter more than once.
But that is not the same as reported here.
