[Bug] Icon separator wrong when using client icons and country flags

When client country flags are enabled, the icon separator line is not consistent.

If you use a myTeamSpeak icon and a client icon, there is a separator line.
When using a client icon but no myTeamSpeak icon, there is no separator line.
