Hey I have strated playing fivem not long ago and I downloaded a plugin name tokovoip, Now that I’m applying push to talk on ts3 settings no one can hear me but when i dont use it they can hear me
is it possible, that you are using push to mute?
no, i dont think so its says to push to talk

Maybe you have to configure the plugin first. Please check if there is any wiki for this plugin or contact the developer of given plugin.
