Can’t add contacts, can’t accept contacts

I am have a hard time adding my friends as contacts, and when they try to add ME I get their contact request but I can’t accept it, it just keeps telling me the invite has expired. Is this a known issue?

The Sender should try to restart their Client and try again.

Hello,
Sending friend requests works, but the person receiving the request cannot accept it. The notification appears, but clicking “Accept” does nothing. Same for my friend.

TeamSpeak Version: 6.0.0-beta2
OS : Windows 11

  • Checked for updates
  • Revoked and resent friend requests
  • Verified privacy settings
  • Tried logout/login
    None of these resolved the issue.

Have you tried a client restart?

Do Group Chats work?

Could you send me a DM with the names of the users so I can have a look at their accounts and see if there is something wrong?

Hi, thank you for your swift reply,
yes I did :

  • client restart
  • test in group chats
    but nothing worked.

Although I haven’t resolved the issue, the idea that initially led me to install TS turned out not to be viable.
As a result, I won’t be using it. So there’s no longer a problem.

Since the OP didn’t needed any help we’ve not investigated it further.

Do you receive any error message or what is happening on your end?

No worry - user restarted their client and now we can add them to our “favorites/friends” bookmark list - have a great day!
