Is there any way to send a whisper by Android app? I can hear when someone send me a whisper but can’t reply
No the Android app does not support whisper lists / or individual whispering.

As @LeonMarcelHD already confirmed, the Android app currently doesn’t support whisper lists or individual whispering. So receiving a whisper works, but there’s unfortunately no way to whisper back from the mobile app at the moment. Would definitely be a useful feature to have on mobile though, especially since incoming whispers are already supported.
