Cannot adjust 'Pin Messages' permission away from 'Moderator' in a group

Hello, I am unable to change the ‘Pin Messages’ permission from anything other than ‘Moderator’.

I run Debian Linux, specifically a fork called MiniOS.
Latest updates on TeamSpeak.

Steps that lead here:

  1. Created a group and enabled end to end encryption
  2. Started flipping all the permissions to administrator only (aside from sending messages)
  3. Noticed pin messages wouldn’t change
