I want to change my email to my new one. After I get the link from my new email I need to enter the password for Teamspeak. I enter the password and then it stuck. no loading, nothing. I turned off the extensions like privacy badger and so on. I also used another browser. I don’t know where the problem is. thank you in advance for your help.

First of all, is it possible that you recently reset your password and did not enter your recovery key? Then you should do this to decrypt your data.
If this is not the case, contact the TeamSpeak Support. Please enter Account Query as Request Type.

I have no problems with my account because of hackers or anything like that. I don’t use the current registered email anymore so I want to change.
By this I am probably to understand that you have not reset your password, then please contact the TeamSpeak Support (Request Type: Account Query).
