Hi everyone
I tried to change my myTeamSpeak email address today. Here is what I did:
- Logged into my myTeamSpeak account
- Clicked on “Change“ button next to my email address on this page: https://www.myteamspeak.com/my-account
- Entered my new email address and clicked “Change email”
Then I received an email on the old email address where I clicked the confirmation link.
Then I received an email on the new email address that asked me to validate the desired new email address. When I click the link in this email (https://www.myteamspeak.com/userarea/my/change-email/validation/?email=[redacted]&validationKey=[redacted]) then I am asked to enter my password again.
After entering the password this error message appears:
Can someone help me resolve this issue?
