Is there anything i can do?

maybe they blocked an ip range in our firewall which includes yours

This is a Teamspeak server that i am hosting on a VPS, my friends can connect but i am not able to connect from my home computer.

Are you saying my isp is blocking a connection with this ip?

Maybe your AntiVirus is blocking the connection to your server
Because they have a Firewall and the Firewall could be a problem

Turned AntiVirus off but still receiving the “failed to connect” message.

can you post a Client Log?

I don’t know what happened but suddenly I was able to connect to the server … and it keeps working now.

Glad that its working now.
Maybe there was something with your network

I hope you enjoy your Server and Welcome to TeamSpeak.

The solution is actually pretty weird.
As mentioned earlier I host the teamspeak server on a VPS so that the server is online 24/7.
I still get the “failed to connect” error every day when I want to connect to the teamspeak server from my home computer, unless I first connect to the vps and click on ts3server.exe… When I have done this I am able to connect to the teamspeak server.

Friends of mine can access the server at any time, its only me that need to connect to the vps first and open the ts3server.exe application…
