I saw the last few threads about problems with the recent app update. I waited for the update and today I got the latest 3.4.9, which should have fixed the app freezing, but it’s still not fixed. BTW. your date in changelog is in the future 09-Feb-2026 will be in 4 more days.
I tried to change to 48000, 44100, mic via music/phone mode, hands free (speaker) output, still nothing, cant connect to any server.
@MatisOne Can you please provide more information.
I think its a problem with older Android versions? With android version 16 no problem.
But with a older Android version 13 its stucks.
Just want to chime in and say, that the voice.teamspeak.com server was offline today, until ~2 hours ago.
Also we’ve just published a new version for testing on the beta build. Available here or trough the Play Store directly. If you could quickly verify that it is still not working / now working would be great.
Good evening, I encountered the same situation as above: Android 14 and the app doesn’t work. At first, it was impossible to optimize the battery because the download itself was delayed. Then there was no connection. After that, the app asked me to close it because there was no response. I changed the purity, reinstalled it. Are there any solutions?
Sadly, the same issue remains in the new beta version.

We were able to reproduce this issue with an older Android device. We’re now doing some more analysis what exactly is causing this and once a new version is available we’ll post an update here.
Sorry for the issues with the latest updates, the App hasn’t been updated in a long time and has now received internal changes, which causes some things broke 
Same here, works fine on pc but hangs with “wheel of death” when trying to connect to any server on android 12…meh…pls fix…thx

We’ve narrowed it down at which step the issue appears. And are now working on a fix.
We’ve just published a new version for testing on the beta build. Available here or trough the Play Store directly.
Please check and see if the issue is still present.

On first start after install:
if i try to login with TS credential:
if i try without login remain stuck on “loading items”.
if i restart app, it’s remain stuck on startup logo.
After deleting app file & cache i can log in, but remain stuck in “connecting”, cancel doesn’t work .
If i restart again, i can not see any bookmarks and if i try to connect to a public server ( or any other via new bookmark), the app crash.
Can you open the changelog and tell me which app version is installed? It is shown at the bottom of the changelog.

Now its working (beta 3.4.9) on a Motorola Edge 20 lite (android version 13) Other phone Samsung with android version 16 and 3.4.8 no problems. Thank you.
Edit: But I see now (Recording frequency is 48000). I try now 44100 and also working!
