I created a nickname to see if it was taken. I saw that it wasn’t. Then I wanted to delete it so that my friend could take it, but I couldn’t do it. The site just doesn’t respond. What should I do in this situation? Changing the browser, disabling ad blockers doesn’t work. Is it possible to make TeamSpeak administrators delete this nickname from the list themselves?
I can see that you have registered a nickname that is using cyrillic character.
Those are not allowed to use for server nicknames and it looks like they are correctly registered on your account but they do not show up in our nickname database, meaning we currently can not delete them.
I’ll forward that internally that we will remove them from your account.

I can not give you an ETA on that right now. This is a more time consuming task which can’t be solved that easily. Sorry for that.

The only reason I can think of why we can’t reproduce this on our end is a geological restriction in your country.

I tried to access the site through France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Netherlands, Belgium, Switzerland, Austria, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Croatia, Lithuania, Latvia. Still not working!
I want to report a problem on the site in the section - account - server nicknames. When you try to change the previously assigned nickname to the server, the string freezes and nothing happens! When you try to delete a previously assigned nickname, a confirmation window pops up and after agreeing in it - nothing happens. Nickname has remained the same.
So I would like to ask - is this only my problem?

I tested it on 3 browsers and 3 different PCs in different cities!
Is it worth waiting for a fix?
I just tested again and now I can reproduce the issue. It is related to cyrillic character being used as the nickname. Using A-Z; 0-9 is working fine.

It’s good that you’ve figured out the root of the problem, but I haven’t solved it. Nicknames have not been changed and are not deleted. Send you a screenshot?
I could reproduce the edit issue but was able to delete it in all tests.
Does someone have a character for me which causes the deletion error?
