Can't find Subscribe to All Channels in the TS5 client

I’ve been poking around in the new client for about a week and I can’t find the Subscribe to channel option. Am I over looking it?

You are automatically subscribing to the channels. If you do not see people in the channel, then you don’t have enough subscribe power or the channel subscription limit is reached.
