Can't open Teamspeak because no port is available

“opening ts3 failed because the software cannot find any spare port
more info you can find at knowledge base”
when im opening knowledge base (its a link), the website doesnt exist.
i dont know if i translated it right, i got this information in polish
reinstallation didnt help
please help me solve this issue

You system prevents that the client is getting any UDP port.

  • Can happen with VPN software not allowing UDP. > Disbable the VPN or/and ask their support.

  • Bad or old network drivers. > Update your drivers or reset network settings

  • Or firewall rules. > Check your firwall.
