Can't upload / import Icons (group/channel)

Hello,

Someone can help me with an icon issue that doesn’t appear. No matter what icon I import it does not appear in the list of icons.

Need a different file type, size ?

Any icons that I upload to my community server show up as broken images. I cannot set a server icon, channel icons, or role icons.

Any idea how to fix this? I would try remaking my community but it says this option is “temporarily unavailable”.

Bump… I have the exact same problem. Any icon type/size that I upload is showing up as broken. It’s very annoying.

Hey I downloaded the new TS6 Client and tried to add some icons but I only get these misc. icons. I am Server Admin and upped the max_icon_size to a huge amount but I dont get any feedback can someone help?

Good evening, for the moment I have no possible update. and I still see the buggy icons… here’s to putting it back together

It works for me. But you have to delete the buggy Icons and then re-upload it. :slight_smile:

As @Rikku said, please reupload the icons and see if they work. Also, if they don’t load (after reuploading them), try reconnecting to the server.

I did your work :slight_smile: I deleted the icons, I disconnected from the server, I quit the application, restarted and I connected and I clicked on manage icons but still not good on my side

Could you please send me the icons you are trying to upload via Forum DM and also send me your server domain so we can take a closer look.

I have also have this problem since the 21st. I can’t upload icons, regardless of file size or type (except one of them in this gif appears to work). They all just show up as broken:

It actually appears to be working now. The file uploader defaults to “JPEG”. Once I select “All FIles” and choose small .png files, they are uploading fine.

any update on this :frowning:
I still cannot use Icons
and i can’t put images on channels, which was a heavily utilized function on my old server. It’s just upsetting me because i can’t use teamspeak in the way i used to and now im paying for it.

love you guys but it’s frustrating me :expressionless:

@Remonpie Please try to delete the Icons and upload them again. Maybe try a different file format.
