Hi guys, I have a great question. I don’t know if this option is disabled at the moment, but I can’t put banners on my channels. I think it must be a permission that I must have on my server, but I don’t know exactly what it is. I hope you can help me, since recently we have this server with my friends and I still don’t know all the permissions.

Check if you have the permissions to set the channel banners. You can use the search bar in the permission overview to find them.

I think you mean to look for it there, but nothing comes up 
The server version is not the latest version. The permission doesn’t exist on that outdated server. This is why the permission does not appear.

Hello everyone i just downloaded teamspeak and rent a server from a host.After that i try to make a server looking good but i noticed i can not change the channel background images like i saw at internet.I checked that if i don’t have a permission but i have all the permissions related to banner.
as you can see i dont have that button on bottom right of edit topic box
i have thes permission on as a server admin
What server version is the ATHP hosting / providing?

Just click on the Server name at the top of the Server tree. On the right side you should see the version below the IP address.

ok its 3.9.1 linux
The server version is ~5 years old and is too old for this feature.
You should reach out to the hoster to get them updated, if they don’t update them I would switch the hoster as these old versions have some unpatched security vulnerabilities.
