Hello, I am new to TS in general and also happen to purchase a community. Unfortunately, I started having issues and I was told to ask for technical support here on the forums.
I made a new community and I can’t use the Claim Community button for some reason. Currently, clicking the button only brings up the TeamSpeak 6 Client, nothing else happens. Additionally, if I try connect to the community manually in the TS6 Client using the host name, nothing happens either

When did you buy and set up the community, it may well take a moment when you start it for the first time

I just purchased it with in the last 6 to 8 hours, would it potentially take longer(as in maybe a day or two) for it to be fully set up and functional?

It may take a few minutes for the server to start. (5-10 minutes) That’s why he asked.
In the top left corner you need to enter YOURSUBDOMAIN.ny3.teamspeak.com into the search bar and let it search for a second and then it should show up.
Another way would be to create a new Bookmark and then you put that in the address field.

When I put the host name into the search bar, it didn’t work. However, making a bookmark did work.
