Add a theme that is Cascade Style

i think teamspeak will not do this on their own, at this point theme makers should try their luck.
This layout reminds too much of teamspeak3 and since they want to go a different direction with teamspeak 5 “the all new teamspeak client”, I don’t think it will come to the layout

you would think this should come over because it is great for people who do not want to use all the real estate of their screen to send a link to someone in chat…
