Change Community slots after purchase

How can I increase the slots after purchasing a community server.

From Squad to Crew or Team

If you currently have Squad (the 7-day free trial), you must cancel it first before being able to switch to a higher tier.

Do I then have to recreate all channels and all settings?

I would also like to know the answer to this as if u did it would be a pain lol

You can now change the plan under your account so that you can choose a larger plan

I recently bought the 5euro per months subscription for 11 slots, but I want to upgrade the subscription to 26 slots. It’s confusing though because theres no change subscription option, only end subscription, which I tried but didn’t give me a new option. Please help, thanks.

This link should bring you directly on to the manage page

But you should see this in AccountSubscriptionsManage


There you’ll see all Community plan options.

I think it might be because I’m technically still on the Free Trial that I don’t have the option yet. Thank you for your help though. I’ll just wait a few days and check again.

Does not seem like I am able to, I have cancelled my free subscription but I still dont have the option to upgrade:


From what I can currently see this is no longer possible. Probably due to an issue we had where users were double charged after switching the plan.

So in this case you unfortunately need to wait till the free trial period is over.

Can I ask to be overcharged still? I really need the extra slots earlier

No thats not possible. Unfortunately the only thing you can if you really need the extra slots right now is to use a different myTS account and setup the Community there.

Just FYI:

@MiningAttitude, your subscription/free trial hasn’t ended yet. The free trial will end on August 7th, as you’ve canceled it. After that, you’ll be able to upgrade to a larger/different plan.

As Leon mentioned, if you need a bigger plan before August 7th, you’ll need to use a different myTS account.

If you were to be double-charged due to an error, this is where you would reach out to our support team so they can help you out, but this shouldn’t happen anymore.
