I’ve been trying forever to find a working TS3 channel joining notify plugin, can anyone please help me find this?

I have patched this plugin in the past to work again.

Maybe I’m doing something wrong but whenever I download and run it I don’t see any changes or see the plugin. I’m on the latest version of TS3 as well.
Uninstall the Plugin and try a install again. This plugin is working for me
I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled everything but I just don’t think it likes me 
idk why its not working. I’ve downloaded everything I needed yet I still don’t see any options or changes. Am I supposed to do something specific after downloading or should it just be there obviously? I dont even see it in my plugins
