If I want to delete a channel and there are other users in the channel, all other users are kicked out of the channel with the kick reason (channel deleted).
I myself remain in the channel, and the channel remains.
In addition, the error <17:44:21> Insufficient client permissions (failed on i_client_needed_whisper_power) appears at the same time, which makes absolutely no sense.
