A user has the “Member” group in a channel. This group has more joinpower than is needed for the channel. Also, the channel group “Member” has ignore password. However, users with the channel group “member” cannot join the channels where they have this group. They do not have the right “i_channel_join_power”, although they have more joinpower in the channelgroup than needed.
Please show us a permissions overview (move a member into such channel and make a right click on him. Then select permissions and there you get the overview and then on the bottom there is a export button).

ok i found the error, the channel group had “9999” join power and you needed “99999” join power. i missed the one 9. sorry for that
