Afaik this is not possible with plain Discourse yet (this forums backend).
You could just grind your way up to the trust level Leader…

Leader is only assigned manually. Sadly TeamSpeak modified trust level 3 so you aren´t able to do the things mentioned on the Discourse forum like moving topics to the correct category to help them out.

Yeah, I think I had those a week ago and now they are gone, I guess they forgot Regular is an auto assigned group and when it started to happen they really crippled it.
