When creating a Community, there may be a short delay before it becomes fully operational.
The startup time depends on the current demand for newly created servers. During peak periods, starting a Community can take anywhere from a few minutes to several hours.
If the waiting time exceeds more than 6 hours, please contact our support team at [email protected]. They can assist with restarting the server or arrange a refund if you are not satisfied with the situation.
I am attempting to move my friend group to teamspeak from discord. I went ahead and bought a community subscription and attemped to create my community but after putting in the name and domain and stuff and clicking the button to create it has been stuck on this “Starting Community…” thing for about 3 hours now. The button to Claim Community doesnt do anything (I assume because its still creating the server) and its still starting after refresh. Is it just the servers being backed up or did i do something wrong?
I am trying to set up some communities, but I cannot reach out to the URI’s at all. Attempting to connect to them in the client yields no response. I cannot get a response from them with netcat.
How long does it take to start the community? Even with big game Servers it doesnt take more than 20 minutes but this one is stuck for 10-12 Hours now. It wont let me remove the community too because its “still creating”
i Would try to just make a new community if its a bug but all my slots are in the one that wont start. And i cant edit it
