Community does not work / is not starting

Guess not using screenshares today :man_shrugging:

Tech stuff:

  • Stuck on Suspending, switches to Starting at random times (back and forth lol)
  • Somehow duplicated # of slots, while real # of slots stays at 6

thats funny. i changed the “Banner Click URL” to make it restart, didnt help, changed the number of slots and restarded by doing so, didnt help. I removed the “Banner Image URL” and saved so it restarts or "updates” once again and it magically worked! Thank you for your EDIT which was my solution!

Hello everyone, I have purchased a TS6 community earlier today since my community wants to use the new features. However, after creating it on the TS website, I can’t seem to be able to claim it. I can see the community, but when I click “claim community” I get redirected to a blank page and nothing happens. I tried to connect to the address via the client but couldn’t get a connection.

Am I missing something? Is there an issue with the communities right now?

It takes a few minutes for the server to start.

The direct connect button should ask to open the TeamSpeak Client.

If you currently still can not connect to the server even when trying with the domain that’s on the myTS dashboard. Please reach out to [email protected], they can restart which in most cases solves those problems.
