Guess not using screenshares today 
Tech stuff:
- Stuck on Suspending, switches to Starting at random times (back and forth lol)
- Somehow duplicated # of slots, while real # of slots stays at 6

Hello, i tried making a community 2 days ago, its still stuck at starting.

Yeah I’ll get that forwarded. It may take until tomorrow for this to be resolved due to vacation / public holidays.

hey tried because of packetloss issues to create a new community server to FRA1, and its still starting since 4 days. Can you fix it?
Also forwarded. I will update my post once it is fixed.

Apologies for the delayed responde. The Communities are now fixed.
It somehow slipped through at the dev team.

Hi I created a community and it has been stuck on “Starting Community” for quite about an hour now and I cannot access it through the client. Is there a general timeframe for how long this is supposed to take or is there an issue that I’m not understanding?
I am going to forward this to the devs and we will take care of it. Once it is solved, I’ll update my post.
Unfortunately today is a bank holiday for a large percentage of staff today, then quite a few of them have booked Friday off as well, so you might not hear back until Monday based on this I’m afraid.

Hello, I just created a community and i was wondering how long it takes to open ? I tried to log in but it says me this :
Please try again. We’ve restarted the server and it should now be online.

Hello, I guess I have the same problem like AZyle here.
I click on claim community but server seems to be dead.
Works now, I guess it takes atleast 30 mins before it starts.
Hello coming back my server isnt working yet but i have a different error message now ! Could you help me with that ?
Hey sorry for the long delay, we weren’t able to fix this issue before the weekend began.
We needed to remove the server and when you now create a new one it should work.

Is the server now online? From what we can see the server is shown as online.

here to report that my teamspeak community also seems to be down, with the same error seen in the post by AZyle. any help would be great
