Community Suspended?

,

MY SERVER LOOKS LIKE SUSPENDED, DON’T KNOW WHY? WE WERE JUST TALKING WITH FRIENDS AND WE SEND A FEW TWITTER LINKS TO THE CHAT. THATS ALL WE DO

The server has been reactivated and is now back online.

Hi.

I have a same problem.

I opened 2 communities via Teamspeak. While video chatting with my friends, the server connection suddenly disconnected. And now when I look at the teamspeak dashboard, the two communities I opened are suspended. And everyone is connecting from the same ip address.

Checked with my colleagues and seems to be already solved.

Hi Again,

This suspend problem is fixed but they stated that they do not know what caused this problem through the related support request. Can I get information about the reason for the related situation?

From our action logs we see that the actions for suspension we’re manual, so no action either by staff or our system.
Even if it was logged as manual it may still be an issue with the system.

If this occurs again please reach out again and we’ll let our devs have a look at it.

It happened again… Teamspeak doesn’t take the money and suspend servers. After i paid the fee, its not fixxing by itself

You’ve created a new server, should we reactivate the old one or do you want to continue with the new one?

Activate the old one

So we currently looking into this issue. It might take a while for the old server to be back online.

The new server from yesterday is now in a suspended state as well. Please don’t create a new server in the meantime as then your slot limit will be maxed out.

Thank you for your patience and sorry for the inconvenience.

Hello TeamSpeak Support,

I am experiencing an issue with my TeamSpeak community. The community name is “revolution”, hosted at the following subdomain:

revo.fra1.teamspeak.com (Frankfurt 1 - Germany)

The community was suspended on May 12, 2025, and the panel says it will be deleted in 30 days. I am trying to reactivate it using the “Reactivate Community” button, but nothing happens and the status remains the same. I also receive a “Community not found” message.

I have tried the following steps:

  • Clicking the “Reactivate Community” button multiple times
  • Refreshing the page
  • Logging out and back in
  • Trying from different browsers and incognito mode

Unfortunately, none of these attempts resolved the issue.

Could you please help me reactivate my community before it’s permanently deleted? I would appreciate any assistance you can provide.

Hey ,

It looks like you’ve setup a second community on the same subscription. (So because you have your slot allocation used up on “revs” currently, you can’t reactive “revo”.

If you specifically want “revo” back, you’ll need to deactivate “revs” so then your slot count is available again for “revo”.

Once “revs” is deactivated, then “claim community” on your screenshot should be available to click again.

Hi,

It’s occured again. After making a payment, the two communities were inactive again. I have reactivated both of them. Can you check the cause of this problem?
