Complains deleted or expired automatically?

Hello!

Friends told be that they regularily use the complain function on my teamspeak server. But i just checked the list and it is completely empty. Are complains automatically deleted after a period of time ? Permission to delete own complains is disabled for every group and i just double checked. No one except me can delete complains.

Also i discovered that a user can only make one complain. Can i change that ?

You can edit the remove time in the server settings

But you cannot change the number of complaints a person can receive as far as I know, as it otherwise could be abused.
