Over the past month, many members of our group have been experiencing problems connecting to the TeamSpeak server. People try to log into voice chat, but they are constantly thrown out of the connection. The connection is unstable, it is often interrupted, and this interferes with normal communication. The problem is massive, it affects different users, and it occurs when trying to connect to our server. Please check the server for failures, network limitations, or other technical issues that may cause such connection failures.

We are from Russia, different regions. For example, a person from Tolyatti cannot connect from the Trans-Baikal Territory.
Hi! I’ve paid for a TS6 server for our community. It worked fine for 8 months, but now our friend can’t connect. He gets kicked every time he tries. He’s tried using VPN, reinstalling TS6 and Windows, changing internet providers, using another TS account, but nothing works. He can connect to other servers but not ours. I think there’s a problem with our server. Can you help us fix it?
We often head that users in Russia are experiencing connection issues.
Unfortunately, these disruptions are in most cases government-related and outside of our control.
Sometimes a VPN may improve the connection but we also know that this is not the most optimal solution.
We’re planning to add more server locations in the future.
For now, you can either continue using the current location, try using a different location or request a refund by emailing [email protected].

How coud I to chang location for our community?
Over the past month, there has been a very unstable connection to foreign servers from Russia (especially in the south and western suburbs). So it’s mostly related to the local ISP and the unstable functioning of DPI (Deep Packet Inspection) systems.
You’ll need to suspended the current one and create a new one in a different location.
