My TeamSpeak 3 Control Plugin (the one used by Overwolf) is broken and the app offers no way to redownload or restore the functionality of the plugin. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling Overwolf, but that did not work. What can I do?

The Control Plugin client is now enabled, but Overwolf refuses to work still.
How did you get it to enable my Control plugin is doing the same thing I’ve deleted and redownloaded 3 time, I’ve ran as administrator I don’t know what else I can do
It re-enabled itself as far as I can tell, but it’s not useful since Overwolf (the only thing that uses it) still won’t connect to TS.
So I am using Teamspeak 3 with the Overwolf overlay, but now it no longer works. In my Addons section, the Control Plugin has in red text “Plugin reported initialization failure. Please contact the plugin author.”
The plugin version is 1.3. I am not able to disable or uninstall the plugin.
When trying to reinstall the plugin from this link, https://www.myteamspeak.com/addons/L2FkZG9ucy9mZTMzN2ZjZS1mMWM0LTQyNWYtYTk1YS1iODhkMGJhZGRhMTY%3D, it fails to install.

Any help to fix this issue would be appreciated.
The plugin is Outdated and will not be developed further for now. Please use the TeamSpeak SDK or another solution for your project.
What is the error when trying to install the plugin?
