Corsair headset stops working with client; Other programs work fine

since Sunday, my headset suddenly stopped working with TeamSpeak. I have sound everywhere else, I’ve already checked that. But as soon as I select it in TeamSpeak, I get no sound from TeamSpeak. Everything else works fine as soon as I select the headset. I don’t know why.

Can you please check what playback profile is selected when connected to the server:

shure the first one ist no audio divce the second is the headset the last ist the main audio output

Hmm..

Do you sometimes switch your output devices or do they always stay the same?

I’m actually pretty clueless right now…

The only “workaround” I can offer you right now is to try the TS6 client.
It is still compatible with TS3 servers, but offers some new features as well as a new design

the problem will be the plugin i need i thinkl it isnt compatible

Is it possible that the plugin is somehow messing with the audio settings?

i think not the plugin is not installt at the moment and the audio did things to

I was able to limit it somewhat; it seems to only not work in wireless mode. Apparently, it’s not as easy as I thought.

I don’t know what to suggest anymore. Maybe a software / driver update helps :person_shrugging:

I have contacted the manufacturer and am trying to find a solution with them for the headset i think it could be an problem with the headset eg with the wireless connection or a losen solder connection.

Only thing i can think of if something like virtual cable (if u have one) isn’t breaking it. Or possibly u can try directing the sound to the headphones with it.
