It was working for a long time but since last week the server givees me the error: could not open file transfer connection. Anybody got tips?

Are you the host of the server? If so make sure that the port TCP 30033 is open

No It is a ts6 community, thats why I posted it in the TS6 part with the tag

So your Community seems to have a miss configured port assigned to them. We’re looking into this further and will report back when I have new information.

Hi,
Got 1 error while connecting to the server, see screenshot below. For the uploading part is does not upload. It does not give an error, the bar just stays blank.
server got restarted, don’t know if was by Tech. However the error is back about the file transfer connection.
We’ll look into this again.

The port should be fixed, please try again and let me know if it breaks again. Hopefully it it works for more than a day

it works for now, but can’t finish the upload because I have to go, will test it tomorrow too. The upload speed is crazy slow…
