Crash on startup due to Unicode characters in user path (Windows 11)

Problem: TeamSpeak crashes when launched with a user path containing Unicode characters.
Error Code: 0xc0000409
My hotfix solution was: That worked (e.g., copying TeamSpeak to C:\TS6\ and using a fake user profile).
