You can create an invite for groups that are publicly visible via the context menu, even if the group has granted you the permission for inviting people.

Well, since it’s a publicly visible room, you can share it via the public address anyway.
Yeah therefore the ability to limit invites should not be possible. → So the permission in the settings should be removed
