Somehow, my brother (username: Laserlord) can’t log in to his community account (he gets “Critical backend Interaction Error”). He can log in to his normal TeamSpeak account, though. He changed his email address a while ago and is not sure if he was able to log in afterwards, but he thinks he was.

Sorry for the inconvenience. I can see that he was logged in earlier this year and it seems to have worked back then. Theoretically the login should work.
However we are currently working on a new SSO system for the forums and once that is implemented he should try it again and check if this issue is still occurring. The current as you can see is not reliable enough.
