Is there any way of a website to detect your in a Teamspeak server and detect your teamspeak id?

Yes and no.
You can request a client list via the query and filter by IP.
But this is not the best solution as multiple users can the same IP while having different identities.
On https://ts3index.com/ you could add your Server and see all Users with their IDs in the Clienthistory Tab. But the users have to stay a while bcs ts3index is scanning the server periodically all few minutes.
