When he write me, their messages arrive to me but when i write him he cant see my messages.

My husband and I recently attempted to install TeamSpeak 6 on Windows 10 and add each other as contacts as well as create a group chat. Whenever we send a message to each other said message isnāt received by the other. We can see the other person is online, but none of our messages are reaching the other person.
Same goes for the group chat we created. We arenāt seeing each otherās messages at all, just the ones we attempted to send.

Also having this issue, I can send messages to DMās, but anything sent to me does not arrive. Also streams are not arriving, and if I try to stream, the other party gets stuck on waiting to be let in, but nothing appears on my end.
EDIT:
Have tried deleting cache, re-logging in, and re-installing client from fresh client download.

Something strange, friend that tried sending messages, had a power outage, when that happened the messages came through to me, but the messages had gone through to the other members in the group chat before hand but not to me. Strange.
Having the same issue as well, my messages get delivered but none of other peopleās group chat messages come through. On my self hosted server all the messages get sent and arrive fine, so I wonder if its just a Teamspeak groupchat/DM server problem?
Wow basically right after I wrote that some messages are starting to come through. They are from 2 hours ago though.
I think potentially some part of their servers are just getting hammered by new users or something (because messages I send out are still delivered right away)?
Same issue here. My friends and I are trying to move to move from Discord to Teamspeak. Unfortunately, direct messages/group chats not working reliably is a dealbreaker. Until this gets fixed, Teamspeak is pretty much unusable for us right now.
We are currently investigating issues on chat-2. Due to the weekend it might take a bit, until the service is restored.
Iām sorry for the inconvenience and the confusing this has caused.

Same problem here, my friend can see theirs and my messages but I can only see mine. If I re install I might get lucky with a message showing up but usually one from hours ago and not the most recent ones. Connecting to a public community works fine and i can chat with no problem. Also streaming to my friend they just get stuck on the āwaiting to be let inā. Reinstalled mutiple times both via installer on your website and microsoft store and deleting all cache data on itās own or before reinstalling doesnāt help either.

I couldnāt connect to my TS6 server (community) until after I connected to a public TS6 server.
Bookmark and then connect to voice.teamspeak.com and then you should be able to hit your server.
Iām also experiencing the chat issue. Closing the client and reopening seems to get it to reconnect but itās more than daily at this point.
@LeonMarcelHD - have your team check the DNS maybe? Feels like a DNS or NAT issue if I can hit voice.teamspeak.com but not my own even though theyāre on the same domain.

Iām also someone who wants to switch from Discord to Teamspeak.
Since the newest update I canāt get to private messages or groupes and Iām always disconnecting. But I can normally connect to servers and speak there and write stuff. What I canāt is sending pictures since Iām overall ādisconnectedā.
Also I canāt do anything on the app for the smartphone since I have the authenticator on and there is no possible way to do it on there.
I already tried the solution in the first post at the top. It doesnāt work. I checked my internet and so on and it wonāt change anything.
I hope you can find a solution that works.

Also having this problem. Sometimes itās fine, often times it just disconnects with no warning. I can still connect to servers and am connected to Internet. I deleted cache and logged out/in multiple times.
@ctrlaltdelic1ous @Kathahri weāll have a look at the chat servers you are located on. It should get resolved later in the day.

Hi, tried few times this method, didnt work out, usually it keeps saying disconnected, sometimes it works but chat only and chat works with huge delay like 1 minute. However, communities work fine
It works again ! Thank you very much. I hope it stays like this. The other day I made another account and then it worked there as well.
