One of my computers is experiencing the same issue, but I can log in with the same account on another computer without any problem.
I have the same issue on my end as everyone suggesting Iâm not connected even if I am speaking in voice chat just donât have access to Contacts or Chat

In the âContactsâ or âGroup Chatsâ fields, there is a message saying that I do not have an Internet connection, although this is not the case. For information, I would like to inform you that I also cannot connect to the official TeamSpeak servers.
About 2 months ago, my streams stopped working, that is, my streams simply did not appear with my friends, although I could watch their streams. A month later, the problem with the âlack of Internet connectionâ began. I thought it was a temporary glitch, but apparently not. And so it is to this day.
On another computer inside my local network or friends in my city using the same ISP donât have these problems. The problem is locked on my computer. I also have no problem connecting to my dedicated server.
I cleaned the DNS cache, WinSock, and TeamSpeak. I restarted it from the TeamSpeak admin. Logged out and logged back into TeamSpeak. I completely reinstalled TeamSpeak with clearing the cache and other files in appdata and this did not solve the problem either.
Does anyone know how to fix this?
The chat is working fine on our send, please check for further restrictions that could hinder the connection to our service.

For me i have a similar experience. I can not connect to the Chat-Servers even though i have a stable connection.
I checked for any restrictions on my pc or network, but everything is fine.
Everything else is working. I can connect to public servers and my own dedicated server.

Having this same issue, Ive cleared my cache twice, reset my router, uninstalled and then reinstalled teamspeak and it still says im disconnected despite everything. I have a strong internet connection, no issues on any other programs, only teamspeak.
Happened to me today. Disconnected ,You are not connected to chat services. Make sure you are : connected to the internet.
Anyone able to help ? Im logged in to my teamspeak account but it says im not connected to internet . I loaded my laptop to see if it was my computers problem but i have same issue.
I thought it may be my internet so tried connecting to my phones hotspot but the same issue on both pc and laptop .
Is there an issue on teamspeaks end ?

What was the solution? I have the issue as well.
I am also disconnected from contacts and chats, it keeps trying to reconnect but it never does even tho i have internet and everything else. I can still join and talk in a server but thats it⌠any fix ? ty.
