hey im connected to internet and already talking with my friends on server but i cant connect to chat service

This seems to be an issue on our side.

Hi, this problem has just started to affect me. I have cleared the cache, I have internet, I have reinstalled using TS5 and then upgraded to TS6 and none of that worked 
Is the issue still present?

Yes I have one group chat and three contacts.
I think it worked on monday for me. But yesterday and earlier today it said I was disconnected.
Around 4h ago I was able to get connected but my contacts and groupchat was gone.
Have you tried logging out and back in?
Our myTS IT specialist is unfortunately out of office this week. I’ll however forward this to him, so he can have a look at this.

Yes I’ve tried logging out, and I’ve tried deleting the cache folder in %localappdata%\TeamSpeak.
Earlier today when it wouldn’t connect, I tried logging in on a friends PC with the same result. He on the other hand could log in.
When we checked the chatlogs my user tried to connect to chat-2.tmspk.net (which failed)
His user logged into chat-8.tmspk.net (which worked)
Now that I also can log in, it logs into chat-8.tmspk.net (same as my friend’s did) However as I mentioned, my group chat and contacts are gone ^^.

EDIT: I show as online on my Teamspeak underneath Group chats and contacts, but I appear offline for the contacts I’m supposed to have in the list.
